In early 2005, the Elders of Grace Covenant began to study the Bible and seek the Lord’s counsel regarding women’s roles in the church. They studied the Scriptures and prayed for discernment in applying biblical principles at Grace without cultural bias. This Spring, the Elders were ready to publish a new position paper about women in ministry. In early May, Senior Pastor Matt Cassidy delivered a two-part message on “Women’s Roles in Ministry”, presenting the biblical foundation for this position paper.
