Ray oversees the Pastoral and Support Staffs. He aids the staff and elders in the development and implementation of ministry goals and strategies in order to improve their ability to minister and serve the people of Grace and the Austin community. Ray has been at Grace since 1990 and on staff since 1995. He did his undergraduate work in Management at Georgia Tech and served 17 years on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ. Ray did Biblical Studies through the International School of Theology and completed a MA in Adult Education and Human Resources Development at the University of Texas. Ray and his wife, Diana, have four children. |
