The Worship Center is progressing very well!  The contractor is keeping things moving along.  The iron work is running behind schedule slightly so the contractor brought in the subs to start on the HVAC system and exterior walls early so that the overall schedule does not fall behind.  Since you do not get to walk around the site and see it from different angles, I thought I would take you on a pictorial tour this week.

	First stop – the center of the three grand archways that form the main entrance.		This is the foyer area just inside the entrance.
	You can also see the wide passageway that will lead to our current auditorium, which will serve as our fellowship hall in the future.		See the progress being made on HVAC (heating, air conditioning) ductwork and the exterior walls.
	Speaking of walls, someone seems to be adding a little graffiti inside the walls!		Now we are in the main part of the worship center.  You can get a sense of the seating on the flat floor area and the tiered seating.  It will seat around 1850 people.
	Imagine filling the rafters and walls with praise through singing, prayer, reading and preaching His Word.  Imagine being able to invite your friends and co-workers to join us in growing with God together.		This is a shot from the raised seating area toward the stage area.  The forms are in place to shape a fourth arch.  Beyond this arch will be the inside view of the crown feature that will reach out to Austin.
	This is the view of our building from across 183 at Taco Cabana.  Do you think anyone notices our little project?		If you could fly by, this is what you’d be able to see.

Well, that should give you a few things to stir you imagination. As you look at this, remember that the building is not the church, the people are the church.  The building is a resource for ministry.

Thanks for giving so generously and praying for this project.  Things are going very well.  Since so much cash has come in toward the pledges we have paid cash for everything that you see.  We probably will not draw on our construction loan until some time in June.  That is incredible!
