If you have lived in Austin for long you have probably seen a number of people living on the street. Austin is home to over 6,000 homeless people and this is a growing number. As believers, we know that it is our responsibility to show the love of Christ to all people, no matter who they are or what their background. "Church Under the Bridge" is a combined effort of churches from all over the Austin area serving the homeless. Volunteers tangibly demonstrate the love of God to the people living on our streets through the provision of hot meals, clothing, blankets and sleeping bags.
