The Voyage

The Voyage :: Weekday Bible Reading Adventure

Come Aboard! • 2-year Bible Reading Adventure • Monday–Friday

The Grace family contiues the 2-year Voyage through the Bible. The first leg of the journey took us through the New Testament. Our summer leg concludes August 23 and took us through the waters of Psalms & Proverbs. On August 24 we head into the deep waters of the Old Testament! Now is a great time to start! Precept Bible Study

Co-Ed Precept Upon Precept :: Isaiah Part 2

Tuesdays • Sept 7–Nov 16 • 6:30-9:00pm • Grace360 Bldg, Rm 201

Precept Upon Precept uses an inductive study method to study the Bible. The Bible itself is the primary resource used with the Holy Spirit as teacher. This study in Isaiah 40-66 speaks of the Lord's comfort to His people. After their punishment for sins, there will be great restoration for them. Men's Fraternity

Wednesdays • Sept 8–Dec 8 • 6:30-7:45am • $25

We want to help you understand how God intends you to lead, to set the pace for your family, and to puruse a life of lasting impact. It won't just happen to you, and no one will do it for you. You have to engage; you have to take action... and this is a great place to start. A light breakfast and workbook will be provided. We still have some volunteer positions open. Parenting Adolescents

Parenting Adolescents :: 13-week Seminar

Parenting Adolescents is a seminar for parents of teens that will focus on the challenges parents often go through in order to help their children grow into adulthood. If you're conisdering calling Grace your spiritual home, come to this complimentary lunch. It is deisgned just for you – to give you time to learn more about our church, so that you can decide if it is the place for you to call home. If you've lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you've probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. Celebrate Recovery focuses on Christ and invites you to engage with Scripture, to find freedom from hurts and addictive and compulsive thoughts and behavior patterns such as codependency, depression, anger, emotional/physical/sexual abuse, pornography, chemical dependency, eating disorders and other personal and relational struggles. The Landing

The Landing is a safe place for youth ages 13-18 to share your day-to-day struggles while hearing God’s truth about who He has created you to be. Parenting Workshop

Letting Go Without Losing Your Teen • 1-Day Event

This workshop will be led by Dr. Kenneth Wilgus, a licensed psychologist who specializes in the treatment of adolescents and their families. In this workshop, he will discuss a Christ-centered approach to parenting teens that is practial and empowering. Early registration is $15/individual and $20/couple. At Grace, we desire each person to develop a proper heart attitude related to finances—an essential characteristic of a mature believer. Good $ense provides biblical essentials on earning, giving, saving, spending and reducing debt, while providing practical tips to help you achieve your own financial and personal goals. Experience Poverty

Grace Youth :: Experience Poverty

One of our greatest desires for our students is that they develop a deep compassion for people. Experience: Poverty will give us this opportunity by allowing us to experience a small taste of the everyday struggles of living in povertyas we reach out to the poor and homeless in Waco.
