My life has a tendency to revolve around me … my needs, my wants, my goals, my plans.  Getting involved in Church Under the Bridge has radically shifted that tendency.  This is a commitment that keeps me focusing on the needs of the poor and the needy on a regular basis, and it’s a ministry that my husband and I can do together.  It’s difficult, time consuming and often exhausting, but the rewards are countless.  Have you ever had a homeless woman look you square in the eyes and genuinely thank you for feeding her that day? It’s a great feeling.
